Will I be charged anything if I get a job from First Call?
No. Applicants are never charged for our services.
What kinds of positions do you have at First Call?
We have a Professional Placement Division that works with professional applicants all over the world.
Our Industrial and Clerical divisions have positions in all areas. Our Quality Division has opportunities all over the state. Employees in that division receive training and have extensive testing.
Do very many of your positions go full time?
Yes. Many companies hire their full time people from their temporary work force. Working as a temporary is an excellent way to get full time employment. Always ask if the job you are offered can go to full time with the client company.
How long is the interview process at First Call?
Plan on about 2 hours. We have testing and education that takes place during this process, as well as the paperwork and an extensive interview. Please come looking your best, as the evaluation process begins when you walk in the door.
Does First Call have any benefits?
Yes. We have medical insurance available after your first hour of work, as well as Perfect Attendance Bonus, Vacation and Holiday Pay. Your coordinator will discuss these benefits and how to earn them with you.
How many offices do you have in the state?
Presently we have offices in Ft. Wayne, Indianapolis, Richmond, Franklin, Anderson and Columbus. We are always growing, so check our site regularly.
When do you take applications?
The hours for each office are posted on this site. Please check before coming to be sure of the hours of the office you are interested in visiting.
What should I bring to the interview?
Bring your drivers license or your state ID and your social security card. If you do not have these items, please call the office you are visiting and they will tell you what else is acceptable. A passport will also work.
